Asset Management Framework

The Asset Management Framework (AMF) sets out the requirements, responsibilities and standards for the management and maintenance of AHO-owned properties that are managed by Aboriginal Community Housing Providers (ACHPs).

Housing providers and the AHO use this framework to review assets, ensuring that tenant's homes are well maintained and that issues are identified and rectified.
