AHO has delivered another multi-unit development for local the Aboriginal community in Casino, including 4 x 3 bedroom and 4 x 2-bedroom villas, of which 2 of the 2-bedroom villas are adaptable. All the villas feature modern bathrooms, kitchens, solar and air conditioning. This project was particularly challenging for the AHO due to Covid lockdown, two flooding events, and material and resource scarcity. Well done to the AHO team for delivering these homes, which will be managed by Aboriginal Housing Provider, Coodjingburra H.O.M.E, and tenanted to Aboriginal people.
