Communities and Justice (DCJ) is transferring the tenancy management of around 14,000 social housing tenancies to community housing providers, including the delivery of private rental assistance products under Housing Pathways. The NSW Government supports the diversity and service delivery of community housing providers and their ability to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
AHO properties located in SHMT locations will continue to be managed by DCJ until AHO’s Property Management Transfer Program is implemented.

- Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW 1800 246 545 offer independent dispute resolution service for all electricity and gas customers in NSW, and some water customers.
- NSW Fair Trading 1800 500 330 offer rental consumer advice and have an Aboriginal enquiry officer available.
- Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (1800 818 490) assist Indigenous people to acquire and manage rights and interests in land.
