Rent
The Build and Grow Rent Policy was released on 31 March 2011.
The development of the Build and Grow rent policy has been guided by the AHO Board and developed in consultation with key stakeholders including feedback from Aboriginal community housing providers.
During the implementation of the Build and Grow Rent Policy, the AHO will be in regular communication with Aboriginal community housing providers and regional staff to support the operation of the new policy.
The AHO will supply a Build and Grow Rent Calculator to Aboriginal community housing providers to assist them to calculate rents and provide rental information to tenants and providers. For further information on the Rent Calculator, please contact your local AHO regional office.
A Build and Grow Rent Estimator is also available online.
